 At the 39th Council Meeting on 20 November 2009, Dr Pham Huy Hung was unanimously elected as the new Chairman of the ASEAN Bankers Association. Dr Pham is the Chairman of the Vietnam Banks Association as well as the Chairman of the Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade. |
